Since this is the closest pharmacy to my home I decided to give them a try and maybe switch from another one that was a little further away. What a huge mistake. While wait times are off the chart long this is only one of the issues this place has. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by an employee of any business anywhere; anytime. I would not recommend this business to anyone. The lady who was tasked to process my order practically refused to do it and suggested that I go home first and call my insurance companies to see what they covered before she wasted her time actually doing her job and processing the order herself. I had tried to call the place for two days in a row, 3-4 times each day and to date I have not gotten anyone to answer the phone. That means that if you want to see if your order has been received or processed you have to drive to the pharmacy, wait in line and ask only to discover that if the order is there you may as well get comfortable... You have a long wait. I talked to the store manager who almost called me a liar and said "now, I only have your side of the story". Then he tried to justify her conduct why saying that she acted this way because she "has to deal with a lot of seniors". So I guess we seniors are the problem here... I guess we know why the employees here have such attitudes. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
This pharmacy is awful.....long wait times and rude service. Before I considered it just unfriendly like the rest of the store. I quit buying groceries there because of the poor customer service, but my doctor suggested this pharmacy and it was close to home so I agreed to have my prescriptions sent there. No more. I'll find a friendlier more competent place to do business.
